SUSTAINABILITY AND ENVIRONMENT PROJECTS

 

We have always made a concrete contribution to a better future by paying close attention to the environment: we separate the waste we produce and recover it where possible, we make use of clean energy obtained from a photovoltaic system installed on the roof of the restaurant, and we will soon install a new one complete with a battery energy storage system to be placed on the roof of the building adjacent to the restaurant. The construction of this new photovoltaic system was also made possible thanks to a contribution from the Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
